Typically, once a client has participated in short-term consulting with Laurie Girardi, they choose to move to a long-term retained consulting arrangement whereby they have greater, flexible access to expertise. These consulting relationships provide a higher level of strategic partnership for an on-going relationship to allow for more in-depth integration of consulting services. Retained consulting agreements are based on a monthly retainer fee dependent on the scope of consulting required.
